Types to Quantify |
Specifies the items to include in the report. This list box contains the elements that can be selected from the model and included in a report. By default, all items in the list are selected. However, individual items can be selected from the list, such as Slab Form. Report processing time decreases as the number of items selected decreases.

Extra Sort Keys |
The following settings are available.
- Key 1 — Controls the sorting before it is sorted by the Component number and label and the element ID number:
- None — Performs no sorting.
- Part — Sorts first by Part Family and Part name. If Part is defined as Key 3, this option is disabled.
- Level — Sorts first by Level. If Level is defined as Key 3, this option is disabled.
- File — Sorts first by design file name or logical name (if available).
- Label & ID — Sorts first by Component label and element ID number. If this option is selected, the default sorting by Component label and element ID number is cancelled.
When a frame is placed, it receives a unique ID number. The elements contained in one compound cell share the same ID number. By sorting a report on an ID number using Key 1 or Key 2, the quantities are grouped per frame.
- Key 2 — Sorts like Key 1 described above.
- Key 3 — Controls the sorting after sorting by Key 1 and Key 2 and after it has been sorted by the Component number and label and the element ID number:
- None — Performs no sorting.
- Part — Sorts by Part Family and Part name. If Part is defined as Key 1 or Key 2, this option is disabled.
- Level — Sorts by Level. If Level is defined as Key 1 or Key 2, this option is disabled.

In addition, selected elements can be visually isolated, their display in the view window can be maximized, and they can be rendered in any mode.
- Decimal Separator — Sets the decimal separator for the detailed and summary reports.
- 12.34 – Uses a period.
- 12,34 – Uses a comma.
- Spec. Text List — Sets the file format for Specification Text reports.
- Full Information — If on, all report table column rows are populated. This eliminates cleanup after data is exported to a spreadsheet.
