To elevate an edge

Click the Elevate Edge icon.
The Elevate tool settings window appears.
Do one of the following:

Set the elevate method to From roof level.

or
Set the elevate method to Change height.

or
Set the elevate method to Slope angle.

or
Set the elevate method to Pitch.
Do one of the following:

Enter a value in the Height field (for the From roof level and Change height methods).

or
Enter an value in the Angle field (for the Slope angle method).

or
Enter a value in the Pitch field (for the Pitch method).
Select the roof section edge you want to elevate with a data point.
The elevated roof section is dynamically previewed.
(Optional) If you decide you want to elevate a different edge, reset to deselect the edge.
The Elevate Edge tool is still active. Select another roof section edge.
Enter another data point to accept elevation change.
The edge you have selected is elevated according to the method and elevation change values you entered.
