to select the element(s).

Do one of the following:
Perform the desired manipulation or modification.
or
Select the appropriate tool to perform the desired manipulation or modification in the Manipulate section or Modify section of the ribbon Home tab.
- If using a specialized tool, continue as called for in the instructions for using the tool.
