To Insert Favorite Text

Start the
Place Text tool (
).
The Text Editor window opens.

Click the
Insert Favorite icon.
A window listing the different favorites displays.
- (Optional) Enter the name of the favorite in the search field.

Select the desired favorite.
The selected favorite text is displayed in the Text Editor window.
- If the favorite contains a field that requires element selection to display it's value, right-click the favorite and select Reassign Field from the pop-up menu and then select the element.
- Enter a data point in the view window to insert the favorite text.
