For grid system grid line and elevation annotations to be visible in drawings they must meet these two criteria:

1. The grid line annotation or elevation annotation must be perpendicular to the drawing view cut plan.
2. The grid line annotation or elevation annotation (excluding the grid line annotation or elevation annotation leader and label) must be within the View range.
