To Edit an EDF

  1. Open the text editor.
  2. Either place a new EDF, or edit text with an existing EDF.
  3. Double-click the EDF you wish to edit.

    The Edit Enter Data Field dialog opens.

  4. Use the dialog to specify the size, alignment, and default value of the EDF.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click the data button in a view to commit the changes to the text.
