To Insert Favorite Text

Select the Place Text tool. The Text Editor window opens.
Click the Insert Favorite icon. A window listing the different favorites displays.
(Optional) Enter the name of the favorite in the search field.
Select the desired favorite. The selected favorite text is placed in Text Editor window.
Enter a data point in the view window to insert the favorite text.
