Creating a Single Horizontal Leg Brace

To use this Substation Gallery tool to create a connection, follow this procedure.

  1. Select from the Substation Gallery.

    The Single Horizontal Leg Brace dialog opens.

  2. To identify the Single Horizontal Leg Brace location, do the following in sequence:
    1. Select the supporting leg.
    2. Select the horizontal brace member.
    3. Select the brace shape.
  3. Either:
    • Specify the connection parameters.
    • Load a Template.
  4. Optional: If you loaded a template, you may modify the parameters as necessary.
  5. Click OK.
