Truss Connection - End Condition tab

Used to specify extensions, panel, and bracing rules.

Setting Description
Top Chord / Bottom Chord > End Extension Sets the lengths of the top and bottom chord extensions respectively. Denoted with 1 and 2 in the diagram.
Skip Panel Determines whether or not the end panels are full panels or split panels. This is done by selecting from two options on the drop-down list:
  • 1 - Selects the split panel construction. Enables the End Diagonal/Lateral Brace options.
  • 0 - Selects the full panel construction. Disables the End Diagonal/Lateral Brace options.
End Diagonal Brace When on, diagonal braces are included with the split panels. denoted with 3 in the diagram.
End Lateral Brace When on, lateral braces are included with the split panels. denoted with 4 in the diagram.
