Stiffener Connection - Stiffeners tab

Used to set supporting front and back shapes for stiffeners.

Setting	Description
Front Stiffener	Thickness ? Sets the thickness of the Front Stiffener Plate. Web Offset ? Sets the offset from the web of the front supporting shape. Top / Bottom Flange Offsets ? Sets the offset from the inside flange of the supporting shape. Top / Bottom End Offsets ? Sets the offset from the outer edge of the supporting shape. Chamfer / Filet / Round ? When checked, determines the type of cut for the inner corners of the Stiffener Plates. Distance (for Chamfer) ? Sets the distance relating to the cut. If 0, the default values are retrieved from the OpenBridge Modeler database Radius (for Filet / Round) ? Sets the type of cut for the corner of the Stiffener Plate.
Back Stiffener	Back Stiffener ? When checked, a Back Stiffener Plate is created for the supporting shape. Thickness ? Sets the thickness of the Back Stiffener Plate. Web Offset ? Sets the offset from the web of the supporting shape. Flange Offset ? Sets the offset from the inside surface of the supporting shape. End Offset ? Sets the offset from the outer edge of the supporting shape. Align to Support Member ? When checked, the Back Stiffener Plate is placed perpendicular to the web of the supporting shape. When unchecked, it is aligned with the Stiffener Connection Plate. Chamfer / Filet / Round ? When checked, determines the type of cut for the inner corners of the Stiffener Plates. Distance (for Chamfer) ? Sets the distance relating to the cut. If 0, the default values are retrieved from the OpenBridge Modeler database Radius (for Filet / Round) ?
