Beam Column Web Connection C1 - Stiffener tab

Used to set web stiffeners.



Setting Description
Create When checked, creates standard web stiffeners on the other side of the web of the selected column shape.
Stiffener Type Sets chamfer type from the drop-down list; Chamfered, Rounded, or Filleted.
Flange Offset Sets the offset of the stiffener from flanges of the shape. The default is 1 or 0.04 depending on the units setting.
Web Offset Sets the offset of the stiffener from web of the shape. The default is 0.
End Offset Sets the offset of the stiffener from out edge of the shape. The default is 1 or 0.04 depending on the units setting.
Plate Thickness Sets the web stiffener thickness. The default is 6 or 0.24 depending on the units setting. A zero value is not permitted.
Radius Sets the round radius of corners of the stiffener. A positive value determines the radius. A negative value is to be read as its absolute value. A zero value is not permitted. The default is 5 or 0.2 depending on the units setting.
