Setting	Description
Dimension	Thickness ? Sets the thickness of the Flange Plate. Rim Size / Radius ? Sets the radius of the flange. Offset from Edge/ Center ? Determines whether the Rim Size is to calculated from the edge or the center of the selected shape. Shape Size as Diameter ? When checked, the diameter of the selected shape is set as the center hole diameter. Clearance / Center Hole Diameter ? Sets the clearance of the hole at the center of the flange. Center Hole Diameter appears in place of Clearance when the Shape Size as Diameter is unchecked. Pipe Insertion ? Sets the insertion of the pipe into the plate. The pipe may not be inserted beyond the thickness of the plate. Negative values are not accepted. Group ? When checked, the entire connection, including the connecting shape, is assigned to a construction group. If the shape is already part of another component group, the connection will be assigned to the same group. With Bolts - When checked, the bolts are also added to that group. Shift Split Point ? Shifts the split point by the specified value. Change Orientation ? When checked, changes the orientation of flange connection. Rotation Angle ? Sets the angle of rotation. Single End Flange ? When checked, the adds flange with single end.
Bolts	Num. of Bolts ? Sets the number bolts. Bolt Type ? Sets the bolt type selected from the drop-down list. Turn ? When checked, the bolt direction is inverted. Diameter ? Sets the diameter of the bolt. Work Loose ? Sets the hole tolerance. Additional Length ? Sets the length of the bolt beyond the nut. Bolt Circle ? Sets the radius for the bolts. Offset form Edge/ Center ? Determines whether the Bolt Circle is to calculated from the edge or the center of the selected shape. Weld ? When checked, the shapes are welded. Disables bolts settings.
Stiffeners	Num. of Stiffeners ?Indicates the number of stiffeners. Always equal to the number of bolts, unless Weld is checked. Length ? Sets the longitudinal length of the Stiffeners. Thickness ? Sets the thickness of the Stiffeners. Rim Edge Offset ? Sets the offset from the outside edge of the flange. Base Length ? Sets the distance from the plate's surface to the bevel edge. Base Width ? Sets the distance from the pipe's outside surface to the bevel edge. Side 1/ Side 2 / Both ? Determines the placement of the Stiffeners.
