(Circular) Stair dialog

Used to parametrically add a circular (spiral)?stair after picking identifying insertion and vector points.

Opens when either:

• the Circular Stairs tool is selected, or
• ProStructures > Structural Objects > Circular Stairs is selected, or
• ProStructures > Structural Objects > Circular Stairs is selected, or
• the command PS_CIRCULAR_STAIRS is entered, or
• the key-in ProSteel Place Stairs Circular is entered
