Cranked View
Used to specify and define a
cranked view in model by points, and made available in the DetailCenter.
- Ribbon:
- the command PS_CRANKEDVIEW is entered in the command prompt area
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the cut. |
| Depth | Sets the projection depth of the view. |
| Height | Sets the height of projection of the view. All areas that are situated outside of this height are not displayed. |
| Colour | Sets the color of intersection line. You can either
specify the color directly by entering the color number, or you click on the
desired input field and then click
 (Select).
Then, the Color Selection dialog is displayed where you can select the color
directly.

| 3D-Display | When checked, the height of projection will be displayed as well so that you can check the coverage area. |
| Display Depth | When checked, the depth of projection will be displayed as well so that you can check the coverage area. Together with '3D-display' you obtain a three dimensional display of the cranked view. |
 Hide elements
|
Only the parts that are within the coverage of the cut are displayed. Only selected elements are displayed, and all other parts are hidden. |
 Display hidden elements
|
The hidden parts are displayed again. |
 OK
|
Closes the dialog and save your changes. |
 Cancel
|
Closes the dialog without saving changes. |
 Help
|
Opens online help. |
