Process Status

Used to assign a process status or color to parts.

Accessed from:
  • Ribbon: Steel > Home > Classification > Process Status
  • Ribbon: Concrete > Home > Classification > Process Status
  • the Process Status tool is selected in the ProSteel Viewtools group on the ProSteel tab, or
  • ProStructures > Process Status is selected, or
  • the command PS_PROCESS_STATUS is entered.
Setting Description
Status list Lists a set of standard process defined in the Process Status Definitions file (Pro_St3d.pit). One or more status can be selected to assign to a par or change color.
Toolbar Lists a set of tools used to manipulate display classes.
  • (Color Parts) ? Colors the parts according to their process status.
  • (Remove Color) ? Removes the color of the parts, if permanent coloring is unchecked.
  • (Assign Status) ? Assigns currently selected process status to the parts.
  • (Remove Status) ? Removes the process status from the parts.
  • (Edit Status File) ? Opens the preset file in a text editor that contains the process status table.
Permanent colouring When checked, the assigned color cannot be removed from the parts.
OK Closes the dialog and save your changes.
