Stiffener - Connect tab

Used to specify the weld style in the case the stiffeners have to be welded directly. You can also attach weld cracks to mark the stiffeners in the shape.

Setting Description
Weld Style Sets the weld style to be used.
  • (Edit Style) ? Opens the Bolt Styles dialog, where bolt styles are manipulated. You can edit the current bolt style or create a new.
Weld Flange Side When checked, the flange side of the stiffeners will be welded.
  • Thickness? If you want to overwrite the thickness of the selected style, you may do this here.
Weld Web Side When checked, the web side of the stiffeners will be welded.
  • Thickness? If you want to overwrite the thickness of the selected style, you may do this here.
Group When checked, the stiffeners and the shape are arranged to create a group. If the shape is already part of another group, the stiffeners are allocated to that other group.
