Center Of Gravity

Used to calculate the center of gravity of selected structural objects in the drawing. Select the parts in question and the calculation is started. A ball in the model and numerically in the dialog line visually displays the result.

Ribbon: Steel > Utilities > Utilities > Center of Gravity
Ribbon: Concrete > Utilities > Utilities > Center of Gravity

The tool when run, allows selecting parts for filter or select all parts. The command then follows "search for group" and instantaneously flashes the progress bar of "calculation running". When done, the computed result is displayed in the message center.
