Creating Additional Views from the Detail Center

To add a view to your model:

  1. In the Detail Center > Views tab do one of the following:
    • Click the (Create Manual Detail ) tool icon.
    • Right click in the Detail Views list area and select Additional Viewsmenu option.
    The Add View Model View dialog opens.
  2. Select a Detail style from the drop-down list.
  3. Select a view from the list in the Given Views area.

    If you select a named view (front, top, bottom, isometric, etc.) Click Add to Detail to create a detail drawing of the selected view.
    If your select any of the Views A-F Click Pick View and select the origin, x- and y-axis of the view plane.
  4. Click OK.
