To add a partial notch

Partial notches are added to existing slabs.

  1. Select the Add Slab Features tool.
    The Slab Features dialog opens.
  2. Type the Width and Height dimensions in the Curb/Notch group.
  3. Click the Create Partial Notch on Edge button.
  4. In your model, select the slab.
  5. Select the start and end points along an edge for the notch.
  6. Select the side of the specified line segment to place the notch.
