Rotate ACS tool

Used to rotate the active ACS.

Note: For additional details on using the Rotate ACStool, refer to the MicroStation platform help.

Setting	Description
Angle X	Enter the rotation angle for X-axis.
Angle Y	Enter the rotation angle for Y-axis.
Angle Z	Enter the rotation angle for Z-axis.
Absolute	If on, the rotation angle of the ACS is calculated from the global ACS. If off, the rotation angle of the ACS is calculated from the current ACS position.

Key-in: ROTATE ACS < ABSOLUTE | RELATIVE > < angle_x, angle_y, angle_z >
