To create Cell
to use as your axis capsule

Draw your desired shape using CAD tools, such as
smartline.

Save the smartline as a cell and assign tags.

Select
(User Part
Center).

In the Navigation dialog, Folders list, browse to the folder where
you want to save the user part.

Highlight the folder path and select

Enter a user Part Name.
