| Shape Type
|
Sets the type of shapes to be used for bracing rods.

| Resolution
|
Sets the resolution of the bracing rods.
|
| Shape Class
|
Sets the desired shape class from the selected types.
|
| Shape Size
|
Sets the desired shape size of the selected shape
class.
|
| ACS Position
|
Sets the positioning of the bracing rods in
relative to the current ACS system/plate. This is the alignment of the gusset
plates and thus of the bracing shapes with regard to the current UCS-system.
|
| Rod Position
|
Sets the position of the bracing rods with respect to
the gusset plate.
- Front means on the positive
Z-axis,
- Back means on the negative
Z-axis,
- Both means on both sides, and
- Centered means that a rod is
positioned in the middle of the axis.

| Rod Insertion
|
Here you specify the position of the rod with
respect to the insertion line (system line). You can insert the rod in the
middle, on the gravity line or on the root line.
|
| Rotation
|
Sets the position of the bracing rods in relation to
the selected system line. You can insert the rod in its normal position or
rotated by +90° or -90°. You can check the selected mode in the (show/hide)
preview panel.

| Mirror
|
When checked, mirrors the bracing rods along their
Y-axis. So that you can insert the rod in its normal position or in a mirrored
way.
|
| Plate Thickness
|
Set the thickness of the gusset plates.
