| Bolt Type
|
Defines the number, position and orientation of the
holes on the End plate or on the web of the connect shape.
- Diameter –Sets
the diameter of the holes. A positive values determines the diameter. A
negative value is to be read as its absolute value. A previous value is used
for the diameter if a zero value is entered. The default is 16 and 1 or 0.6 and
0.05 depending on the units setting.
- Workloose –
Sets the workloose of the holes. This value sets tolerance between hole
diameter and bolt diameter. A zero value for Workloose is not permitted.
- Horizontal
Count – Sets the number of the bolts in the direction of X-Axis of
the support shape or in the direction of connect shape. Default is 2.
- Horizontal
Distance – Sets the distance between two adjacent holes in the
direction of X-Axis of the support or along the direction of connect shape.
Default is 60 or 2.4 depending of the units setting.
- Vertical
Count – Sets the number of the holes in the direction of support
shape or in the direction of Y-Axis of the connect shape. Default is 3.
- Vertical
Distance – Sets the distance between two adjacent holes along the
direction of Y-Axis of the connect shape. Default is 60 or 2.4 depending of the
units setting.
- Edge
Distance – Sets the distance between the end edge of the web and
the center of the first hole along the direction of connect shape. This is only
valid when
Bolt Flange is selected as Connect Type.
Default is 20 or 0.8 depending of the units setting.

- Creatre
Bolt – When checked, enables creating bolts.
- Flip
Bolt – When checked, created bolts are flipped.
- Bolt
Type – Sets the type of the bolt being created. The default is
DIN 7991.

| Connect Flange Holes
|
Defines the number, distance and orientation of the
holes on the flanges of the connect shape. This is only valid when
Bolt Flange connect type is selected.
- Edge
Distance – Sets the distance between the edge of the flange of the
support shape and the center of the first hole on the flange of the connect
shape along the direction of connect shape only if
Bolt Flange is selected for connect type.
Default is 20 or 0.8 depending of the units setting.
- Horizontal
Count – Sets the number of the holes in the direction of connect
shape. Default is 0.
- Horizontal
Distance – Sets the distance between two adjacent holes along the
direction of connect shape. Default is 60 or 2.4 depending of the units
setting.
- Vertical
Distance – Sets the distance between two adjacent holes along the
direction of X-Axis of the connect shape. Default is 60 or 2.4 depending of the
