Used to add punch
holes for marking the projected plate location on connected members.

Sets the punch hole type to use:
- None – No punch
holes are added.
- Centered –
Punch holes are added at the projected mid-point of the shear plate in the
supported member's web.
- At
Vertices – Punch holes are added at the projected corners of the
shear plate in the supported member's web.
