Used to set the plate in the outline and optionally a
reference grid for the plate.

| Handrail Polygon

Offset – Sets the offset value which moves the handrail polygon
from the upper surface of the circular platform to the top.
- Side
Offset – Sets the offset value which moves the handrail polygon
from the outer edge of the circular platform to the outside.
- Handrail
Polygon – When checked, a polygon base is created around the edge
that facilitates the creation of handrail (further by using the "Handrail" tool
and picking the preset polygon.)
