SettingDescription
Dimension

  • Gap to Support – Sets the gap between the end of connect shape and the flange of support shape in the direction of the connect shape. Enter a positive value to determine the gap. A negative value is to be read as its absolute value. The default is 10 or 0.4 depending on the units setting.
  • Upper Offset – Sets the offset of the cleat plate to the inner edge of the upper flange of the connect shape. Enter a positive value to determine the offset. A negative value is to be read as its absolute value. The default is 20 or 0.8 depending on the units setting.
  • Cut Length – Sets the cut length on the flange of the connect shape to allow assembly of the connection. Enter a positive value to determine the length. A negative value is to be read as its absolute value. The default is 400 or 15 depending on the units setting.
  • Cut Radius – Sets the cut radius on the web to allow space for weld plate. Enter a positive value to determine the radius . A negative value is to be read as its absolute value. The default is 5 or 0.2 depending on the units setting.
  • Hole Diameter – Sets the dimension of the holes. Enter a positive value to determine the diameter. A negative value is to be read as its absolute value. The default is 16 or 0.6 depending on the units setting.
  • Workloose – Sets the workloose of the holes. Enter a positive value to determine the workloose . A negative value is to be read as its absolute value. The default is 1 or 0.04 depending on the units setting.
Cleat

  • Thickness – Sets the thickness of the cleat plates. Enter a positive value to determine the thickness . A negative value is to be read as its absolute value. The default is 10 or 0.4 depending on the units setting.
  • End Offset – Sets the distance between the edge of the cleat and the first hole center(refer to the picture above). Enter a positive value to determine the End Offset. A negative value is to be read as its absolute value. The default is 20 or 0.8 depending on the units setting.
Options
