Allows creation of a round bin on the terrain model or on an existing site pad automatically by specifying a placement point and orientation

1. Select Place Round Bin.
2. Specify a data point on the terrain model or existing site pad to define the placement point of the round bin. Using an isometric view allows easy selection of the height.
3. Specify the orientation of the round bin by dynamically entering a data point.
4. Reset to complete.
