Allows the creation of an open transfer building on the terrain model or on an existing site pad automatically by specifying a placement point and orientation.

Place Open Transfer Building Workflow

1. Select Place Open Transfer Building.
2. Specify a data point on the terrain model or existing site pad to define the placement point of the open transfer building. Using a isometric view allows easy selection of the Height.
3. Specify the orientation of the open transfer building by dynamically entering a data point.
4. Reset to complete.

Transfer Building

In addition to the inclusion of the common tagging properties and DTM offsets explained above, the Height, Length, Width and Slab height can be defined providing a conceptual model of an open transfer building.

Number of Floors – Provide the number of floors required,

Note – The default Number of floors is 1, indicating the ground is a floor. Therefore values 0 and 1 will give the same result. The distance between floors will be the height of the building divided by the number of floors.

Platform Width – Width of the platform (of the second and higher floors) is measured from the edge of the building to its centre, providing a void in the centre of the floor.

Beam Depth/Width – Depth and Width of the building structural members.
