This tool can also be found in the right click menu of the Haul Road objects.

This will use another view window to open a dynamic view placed along the center line of the Haul Road to create a profile view. The section view will follow a straight line and be placed at the tangent of the road. The dynamic view box can be adjusted manually using the handles afterwards.
