Installation

Note: In proxy-enabled environments, the installer may not correctly pass proxy credentials to dependent components during Installation or layout creation. As a result, required components might not be downloaded, which can cause layout creation or installation to fail.

Create and install the CONNECTION Client layout separately before installing MicroStation. This limitation is under investigation and is planned to be addressed in a future release.

Note: In case you are not able to view the Readme properly in Internet Explorer, make sure you turn off the Enable Protected Mode check box in the Security tab of the Internet Options dialog.
