Create Print Definitions Dialog

Used to add DGN/DWG, raster, and PDF files to the current print set.

You can access this dialog from the following:

Print Organizer dialog: File > Add Files to Set
Print Organizer dialog: File > Add Active File to Set
Dragging a DGN/DWG, raster, or PDF file from Windows Explorer into Print Organizer
Dragging models from the Models dialog into Print Organizer

Setting	Description
Input files (list box)	Displays the files you want to add to the print set. The objects in the Input files list box take on the following syntax: design file name, model name. The source object can be a: File — C:\CAD\BSI300AE501–Details.dgn Model — C:\CAD\BSI300AE501–Details.dgn, Footing and Curtain Wall Details
Add	Opens the Select Files dialog, which is used to add files to the Input files list box.
Remove	Removes the selected file from the Input files list box.
Print style name	List box that lets you select a print style. Print styles provide an easy and flexible way of defining default printing properties for your print definitions. Note: A print style is required if you are creating variable print definitions.
Browse	Enables you to browse for a print style.
Manually Specified Options	Provides a place for you to manually specify options. Manually specified options override duplicate or conflicting options in a print style.
