To Add a Workflow

  1. In the Customize dialog in the Tasks tab, expand the User Tasks section.

  2. Expand the open DGN library.

  3. Click the New Task icon.

  4. Key in a name for the new task.
  5. In the Properties pane, set Treat Task as Workflow to True.
  6. Add tasks to the workflow, as needed.
  7. Add tools to each task, as needed.
