To Move or Copy an Element Parallel to the Original
Select the Move/Copy Parallel tool (Drawing > Home > Manipulate).
Click the Element icon.
(Optional)
Turn on Make Copy check box to copy the element.
Select the element.
Enter a data point.

Defines
Off
Distance and direction.
On
Direction only.
