To Move the Fence Contents

Place a fence around the element(s).
Select the Move tool ( Drawing > Home > Manipulate ).

Make sure Use Fence is on.
Enter a data point to define the origin for the move.
Enter a data point to reposition the fence contents.
Reset to accept the move.
