All scale drop-down lists such as Annotation Scale, Detail Scale, and Scale in different tools and dialogs now populate only the scales that match the system of the current master units. For example, say you set the Master Units in the Design File Settings dialog, Working Units section to Meters, then in the Scale drop-down list, you will see only the scales associated with the metric unit system, such as 1:2.5, 1:5, and so on.
