To Set the Snap Mode via the Status Bar

  1. Click the Snap Mode field (shown by the active snap mode) located on the status bar.

    The Snaps ribbon group pop-up appears.

  2. Click Default Snaps. The default snaps menu opens. A red square is displayed around the active snap mode.
  3. Select the desired snap mode.
