To Hide Columns

  1. Select File > Print > Print Organizer.

    The Print Organizer dialog opens.

  2. Do one of the following:

    Select View > Show/Hide Columns.

    or

    Right-click on one of the column headings and select More from the pop-up menu.

    The Show/Hide Columns dialog opens.

  3. Clear the column check boxes you want to hide.
  4. Click OK.

    The Show/Hide Columns dialog closes.
