To Create a WorkSet from a Template WorkSet

Make sure you have selected a WorkSpace and it contains the WorkSet that you want to use as a template WorkSet.
  1. In the Work page, click WorkSet and select Create WorkSet from the drop-down menu.

    The Create WorkSet dialog opens.

  2. In the Name text box, enter the name of the new WorkSet.
  3. (Optional) In the Description text box, enter the WorkSet description.
  4. From the Template drop-down list select the desired template WorkSet that you want to clone.
  5. (Optional) If you only want to clone the folder structure and not the files, turn on the Create Folders Only check box.
  6. (Optional) Click the Browse button in the ProjectWise Projects section, select a project from the Assign Project to WorkSet dialog and select Associate.
  7. Click OK.
