To Save or Customize the Form Generated from the Visual SQL Query Builder
From the Visual SQL Query Builder's Forms menu, select Save As.
Into the Save Form dialog (a standard file selection dialog, having its search filter preset to .rsc), select a directory and type a filename for the form to be saved.
