To Open a Task or Workflow in a Floating Toolbox

In the Customize dialog on the Tools tab, expand the Tasks tab.
Expand the User Tasks section and expand the open DGN library.
Select the task or workflow that you want to open.
Right-click the task or workflow and select Open Task Toolbox from the pop-up menu.
The name in the toolbox's title bar has "- Task" appended to it.
