To Apply a Scale Factor to All Displayable Characteristics of the Active Line Style

Select ( Drawing > Home > Attributes > Line Style > Settings ).
The Line Styles dialog opens.
Turn on Scale Factor, and type the desired scale factor in the Scale Factor field.
