To Open an Existing Print Definition File

From the Print dialog's File menu, choose Open Print Definition File.
The Select Print Definition File dialog opens.
- Select the required print definition file.

Click Open.
The Select Print Definition File dialog closes and the settings for the selected print definition file are applied to the Print dialog.
