Specific SQL Window Key-ins

The following section contain descriptions of MicroStation PowerDraft-specific SQL Window key-ins.

CONNECT SQL Statement

Used to connect to a database. Either key in DB= or use Drawing > Attach > Database > More split button as described in Database Setup dialog.

DISCONNECT SQL Statement

Used to disconnect from a database.

RELOAD SQL Statement

Used to force MicroStation PowerDraft to reread mscatalog and update the copy of the table it maintains internally. (Changes to mscatalog resulting from SQL statements typed and submitted by the user in the SQL Window are not automatically reflected in MicroStation PowerDraft's internal copy of the table.)
