To Place a Line String Defined by Equations

In the Curve by Formula dialog ( Drawing > Home > Placement > Create Curves split button), load a curve definition.
Set Mode to Defined.
From the Create As option menu, choose Line String.
Enter a data point to define the line string's origin.
