To Replace Cells Individually or Globally

Select the Replace Cells tool (Drawing > Annotate > Cells > Replace Cells).
In the tool settings window, set Method to Replace.
Select the cell to replace.
Select the replacement cell.
Enter a data point.
If Mode is set to Single, the selected cell is replaced.

If Mode is set to Global, an alert box opens to confirm the replacement of all of the cells having the same name as the selected cell.
