To Create a Print Definition File

Use the controls in the Print dialog to distinguish the entity to print and adjust the printing setup as desired.
From the Print dialog's File menu, choose Save Print Definition File.
The Save Print Definition File dialog opens.
In the File name field, key in the new print definition filename.
By default, the extension ".pset" is added to the file name.
Click Save.
