Select the Import/Export tool
(Drawing > Content > Item
Types > Import/Export)
The
Item Type Import/Export
dialog opens.
In the dialog, select the
Definition icon.
Select
Import.
Select the browse button next to the
Import from field.
The
Select file to create/modify item type
definitions dialog opens.
Browse to the Excel file from which you want to import item types.
Click
Open
The
Select file to create/modify item type
definitions dialog closes.
In the
Item Type Import/Export
dialog click
Import.
The item type definitions get imported and the
message "Item Type Definitions imported successfully" is displayed in the
message center.
