To Adjust the Contrast/Brightness Display of an Attached Raster File

Select the Contrast/Brightness tool ( Drawing > Attach > Raster ).
Select the raster file.
Adjust the Contrast and Brightness settings as required.
Note: You also can select the image file prior to selecting the Contrast/Brightness tool.
