To Deform a Curve

Select the Deform Curve tool.
Set the Number of Refinement required to define the number of parameters, or degrees of freedom, to be added during the deformation.
Set the Affect Region (%) to define the percentage of the overall curve that may be deformed.
Select the curve at the point at which you want the deformation to occur.
Enter a data point to define the deformation.
