To Stretch Segments of Elements That Overlap an Existing Fence

Use the Place Fence tool (
split button) to place a fence around the segments that you wish to stretch.

Select the Stretch Element tool (
).

Turn on Use Fence.

Enter a data point to define the origin point.

Enter a data point to reposition the fence and the affected elements and/or vertices.
